SENTIENTX™
Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
SentientX, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website, www.sentientx.com, is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that innovation must be inclusive, and that technology should enable—not limit—everyone’s ability to engage with our insights, services, and solutions.
Our Commitment
We strive to design and maintain our website in conformance with recognized accessibility standards, including:
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable)
Our goal is to provide a positive, user-friendly experience for all visitors, regardless of ability or the assistive technologies they use.
What We Do
To support accessibility, we:
Use structured, semantic HTML5 with proper ARIA landmarks and roles to improve screen reader compatibility
Provide meaningful alternative text for all non-decorative images and graphics
Ensure sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text) for readability
Design with keyboard navigation and focus management so all functionality is operable without a mouse
Support user-controlled font sizing and zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second to reduce seizure risk
Provide captions or transcripts for audio and video content where applicable
Regularly review and test our website against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, including with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of the Site may not yet meet all criteria. Known limitations include:
Certain third-party embedded content (e.g., partner platform widgets or embedded media players) may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We work with vendors to encourage improvement.
Legacy PDF documents and downloadable reports may not be fully tagged for screen reader access. We are actively remediating these materials.
We are committed to remediating known gaps and regularly audit our digital content to track progress against our accessibility roadmap.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we expand and enhance our digital content, we incorporate user feedback, conduct periodic audits, and adopt emerging best practices in inclusive design. We aim to complete annual accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing with users who rely on assistive technologies.
Feedback and Formal Complaints
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any barriers, experience difficulty accessing content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
Email: contact@sentientx.com
Website: www.sentientx.com/contact
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response or resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA) or your applicable national accessibility authority.
Updates to This Statement
This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least annually or when significant changes are made to the Site. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
